I have a picture of this table and can send it to anyone who may be able to help me find it. I live in suburbs of Chicago and looking for a furniture store where I may be able to buy this from.

Magnolia Hall has wonderful victorian coffee tables: http://www.magnoliahall.com/livingrooms/items/Rebecca%20Wingate%20Lounge.shtml I don’t see one exactly like the one in the picpicture (love that lattice design!) but they are close.
